My name Is Richard Whitson, I am the owner of Whitson Home Inspections. I completed my training through NACHI. Afterwards, I joined InterNACHI® for continuing education so I can share the most up to date information with my clients. I am an InterNACHI® Certified Professional Inspector (CPI®), following the Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics. I have several years of hands-on experience, including my degree from the Erie Institute of Technology where I studied heating, ventilation, and air conditioning.
